First Time Growing Cannabis Window/Single CFL

Hey I just want to save my first grow somewhere I didn't really spend any money on this and i.m not even sure if it'll turn out. I'm mainly hoping these plants will survive the winter and maybe get big next year. Im gonna upload some pictures of the 2 seedlings soon and i'm hoping you guys could maybe give some advice.

This is the first plant, the setup is just a fan and a single cfl bulb (this seedling began growing with a piece of the seed shell stuck on the leaf which I think slowed it down.

And the second plant, setup is just sitting in a window. This window gets nearly all the light throughout the day so im kind of doing a test to see which one grows faster.

Would love to hear advice from you guys with experience. I would put both plants together in the sunnier window with the light but I wanted to have one in my own room.
This is 10 after planting btw

great to see the soil is very dry and this is the way the plants like it :)
just give the plants some water every 2-3 days round the outside of the pot and let the water soak in towards the seedling
