First time grower

I realized I'd been smoking weed for years and decided it was time to raise my own little bundle of joy. I'd been researching for about a year, arranging a good set up in a closet space when a friend gave me a white widow clone to look after. It's about four inches tall -it was in a little plastic cup with some moist towels when I got it...
I have a 150w hanging lamp about 18 in. from plant (runs 24/7) as well as a fan constantly blowing to keep air circulating. I've transferred the plant into a 6" pot with some potting soil and I've been watering very regularly as the soil seems to dry pretty quickly. I use only bottled water to keep pH in check and I'm using some 24-8-16 fertilizer (very watered down) every two weeks. I also use some highly diluted B'Cuzz Growth boost every 5 days or so.

What do you friends think about the setup? This is my first time growing anything at all...and I have developed a strong bond with my little lady... I want t do everything right. Please advise. <3

I'm using a Sun System 150 hps Grow Light and i have a 90w too. I'm using mylar also, which the guy at my hydroponic store recommended. I planted some seeds in the same light and they just sprouted...I assume the conditions are about right.
I'm concerened about some dry leaves around the base of the clone though...they're yellow at the edges. I think maybe from being in the plastic cup for too long and not in propper care before it was given to me? The newer leaves seem very healthy.

What kinda soil mix and nute r ya using.
sorry if you said b 4 im stoned so im gonna b lazy i hate using a mouse when im this baked.

my bad i did see your ferts, yeah you need to flush your soil and let it dry out then water with 1/4 strength fert

Oh boy, thanks. Just flushed soil. I'll further dilute the fertilzer. Are the lights going to cause problems at this stage or will they do?

no they wont cause any real problems, its just not the color spec for veg, which you are still vegging so you need around 5500-6500k lights
here this helps alot.
