first time grower

Hello guys Im new here and I live in France. I got these seeds from cannasupliers its a canadian website we use here in France to buy for smoke and seeds.
I dont know many much french growers around my rue so i thought you guys will be the best to advice me on what to do next. The seeds Germinated as you see. Is it adviceable to put them under 20Watts bukd at this stage?

Yeah man, get them in a medium(soil or coco, rockwool) of some sort and slap a 20w cfl or two over them, keep them reasonable close, maybe 4-6" away.
