First time grower. What are some mistakes I'm doing?

Hi there!
Growing for the first time, unfortunately in a country where it's still very much illegal.
Outside for now, going to move inside as soon as I can (still figuring out what tents, lights etc).
I want to know what obvious mistakes I'm doing. Still learning about topping, fimming, pruning, haven't done any of these.
Also still not measuring Ph, using municipal water roughly every 2 days and random green plant fertilizer every week.
Are they too skinny? Not getting enough sun?

Do they get hours of direct sunlight everyday?

Not too bad for your first grow.

You should get a ph pen, nutrient lockout is tough.

Okay, gonna look into the ph thing right after I figure out where to ship my tents and lights without getting on any lists.
They only get about 3h of direct sunlight per day, only place where I can keep them away from curious eyes in the block of flats next to me. That's why I want to rush getting lights.
