i dont if i should mention the history of this plant lol.... its 2 years old LOOOOOOOOOOOL, i had it put in a very very bad soil(dint know that at first) and was wondering why dint it grow lol, then about 2 months back i found some soil in my shed that was for tamotoes and BOOOM my baby started growing like crazy, its been in flowering stage for about 2-3 weeks now and buds have grown pretty fast, and still growing, it has been outside for its whole life and im worried bringing it in, i know i have to since the wheather is dropping very fast its now at 59 day light and at gets to 40 at night, and looking into the wheather forecast it does not get any better,

my friend does have a fertilizer and a little 70W lightbulb im jsut wondering is it safe to bring my plant into my room, where i have pretty high humidity it used to be stable 80% and now as its getting coller its not at 70% im pretty sure its the same as outside as im about 50-100 meters away from a major river, is it safe to bring a plant that has newer had anything but water and sunlight into my room to put under a light and a fertilizer?

It's going to like being outside a lot better than inside under that little light.

But I'm confused... if the plant has been outside for its whole life and is two years old, how did it already survive two winters?

well on winter time i took it to my balcony which is nearly the same temperature as the outside is, but as it has my windows and i go sleep late/early morning it most of the time used to receive light at night therefore i gues it newer went to flower stage BUT i sdont think it should, this plant has newer been bigger than 30cm for no less than 1.5years, just as i changed the soil it started growing like crazy... but now that it has buds its much more dangerous to leave it outside for winter?

i really have no reason to lie.. i need some help, its better i tell the truth..
Well if you are not lying, then you are confused because your stories are inconsistent. You already have stated that the plant is 2 years old and has been outside it's whole life. Then you said
"well on winter time i took it to my balcony which is nearly the same temperature as the outside is". So which is it?!?

set up that 70w lamp on your balcony

I would put the lamp above the plant or to the side that does not get the sun as close as you can

I would run the light during the day like 6 hours or 8 hours whatever the normal daylight is if you run the light during sunrise or sun set people may see it and try to steal your weed

Then if it gets really cold under -5 or -10c I would use a small green house heater maybe some fabric or plastic to shield the plant from the cold

big outdoor plants shock fast when you bring them inside normally because the airflow is far lower than outside

I mean you can run a 1500cmh in a 1m x 1m tent and its still not as fresh as being outside, plus sunlight is strong and floods from every direction unlike grow lights that are typically bad at side lighting and build mostly "top buds", and shadow easy as most grow lights emit light from a very small area or point

i would count that balcony as nearly the same as outside, i just mentioned that only because of it receiving light during nights thus braking flower stage, but it being in my balcony would only save it from snow or rain, but as i said it dint grow at all just because of the soil and somehow did not die either..

thats a good idea, problem is i cant bring any wires throught door or window they wount close, making a tent in the balcony would be bait, its illegal to grow up here btw... my options are, taking it inside, under a lamp and use fertilizer, or use fertilizer while its outside, or leave it outside as it is which i think it would die :(
