That’s what it is..
it still had potential to survive but I think it's chances aren't great now.

You'll need more than luck! I'm afraid the advice @Wattzzup has given you is sound, spend $2 on a cfl and You’ll get on better, the light your using will continue to give the same results.
Finally whats the point in asking advice then disputing it?

Well I’m not disputing
I came on here to seek advice from people who have more experience than me. I’m not here to be made fun of... like I said this is my first time and I still learning x

I was not part in making fun of you until you were a dick. My first post was “you need more wattz”. Which will stop the stretching. Which is the base of all your problems. Sure there are more but I feel having enough Wattz is on top of the list. (Hence my name Wattz UP)

The genuinely good advice, was to get a better light. Those lights can't even keep a seedling alive now, let alone a flowering plant down the line.

Invest the time and money into learning and setting up a good grow environment so you can actually take advantage of the seeds you have.

i think I was rushing a bit
And tried to stay on the lowest budget possible

but will definitely take my time and invest in this properly. I have loads of seeds which I will try again while getting the right equipment. Sigh I’m so no patient lol
