First time grower need some peace of mind

I got a fan controller which I have at it lowest setting and still brings it down too much ( going to get a 4 inch after this grow )anyone got any tips to help this?
Are my girls looking good for how old they are? I feel like they haven’t really grown much in the last 3/4 days

Look OK be patient try not to over water. Keep humidity around 60 to 70 if you can while they're still baby's. Don't check every few hours just let them do their thing

Thanks for the feedback, been keeping the humidity around the figure so that’s good, haven’t really watered them properly yet only give the top soil and good misting as the coco was dry on top. Think I should give them a decent feed with just ph’d water?
