First time grower need some help.

This is my first time growing. I live it Toronto Canada. I am going to grow outside and was looking for some help. When is the best time to grow? In Canada we get a lot of rain and i was wondering how that will effect my plant.

if u want to grow now and its raining u can still do it but i recoment u do it when its hot and good , butt for now if u wnna do it
get a tent outside like a mini tent that prevents from getting rained on but see through to get sun during the day and make sure it gets air to ... ugh if u can i wuld prefer u grow it inside becuz its still not right weater but ya dude do wat u got experiment m8 enjoy!

I understand the flower weeks (6/ and the harvest month(9) but when should i plant it?
