First time grower need help!!!

I have been doing CFL'S in my closet for year's. Right now until I can get more $ I have 2 6500K 26 watt(100 watt equiv). The most I have used was 3 with clip on lights. Ever since transplanting the clone I have kept the lights about 2 inch's from the top of the plants with a small fan blowing on them. Since both of my last grows had some BIG problems(spider Mites, Powdered mildew) my yield was only about 1/2 oz. Since these problems have been solved Im sure this new one will yield alot more. Ive never done autos but the point of the light bulbs is so that yu can copy the light spectrum plants get from the sun... when its outdoor season plants get alot of blue or white (6500k) from the sun during the veg growth... when the times change and its time to flower the days are shorter and they get more of the red spectrum...that is why we use 2700k during flower.... most ppl stick to 6500k during veg and ive heard some ppl mixing both during flower and havin good results!!

When yu dont have auto seeds yu have to kind of tell the plant when to flower by switching the light timer to 12 hrs on 12 hrs off... and veg is 18 hrs on 6hrs off...
I believe with autos they just flower when they want to.. never used em so I really wouldnt know
