First Time Grower, Need help with Rockwool and Garden Pot Sizes!

Hey guys, I'm trying to use rockwool stonewool blocks to germinate my seeds and I was wondering what size cubes I should start with the 1"x1". 1.5"x1.5", or 2"x2" cubes? I'll be using a 2'x2'x4' vegetation tent and 4'x4'x8' flowering tent, and was also wondering what size garden pots I should use 5 gallons, 7 gallons, or 10 gallons?

I'll be growing Dr. Krippling's Incredible Bulk with a COB light setup in both vegetation and flowering tent.

I am trying to yield around 1000+ grams per harvest, which pot size should be ideal to achieve this in a 4'x4'x8' flowering tent? I will be training them and have looked into LST, Topping, and installing a SCRoG and was wondering what would be ideal for what I'm trying to achieve. Basically I'm trying to go for maximum yield that would fit in my tent so was wondering if I should run 8-10 small plants in smaller pots, or 4-6 plants in big 10 gallon pots?
