First time grower in florida needs help!!

Hi guys
I got my almost 3 weeks old baby in my closet growing now.....with
4 27W 6500K CFL's 20/4 cycle....
2 Fans one coming in and one out

Im using MG Moisture control potting mix...(i know) but just found this place who carries FoxFarm Nutes..(Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, and Big Grow)
For my next grow i am going to use FoxFarm soil as well.
I was just wondering how much nutes i need to feed my baby with and how often.... Im using 1/5 gallon pot.
And do you think i can clone them soon?
