It looks like you robbed yourself off a few colas. Did some cutting down low? You might have cut off done branches that would have made bud. Other than that the look good.
Hôw close to harvest you thìnk i am friday is 8 weeks

From the dark hairs in those pictures I would guess 1-2 weeks. Best way is to look at the trichomes. I like an early Harvest with only a few Amber trichomes and the rest cloudy. If you like a heavier Stone you may want to wait till most of the trichomes are Amber.

The terpines look good. Some tricombs get amner and some milky depends om strain but you are within 1-2 weeks probably. Get a good pic with leds off

They are those "hairs" that go from white and milky to orange...they start to curl as yours are and that on top of checking your tricombs are tell tell signs. Get a 60x julers loop(they are cheap) and you can inspect further..but you are within a few weeks man amd looking pretty good

The hairs are called pistils.

How much bud you think i will yeiId? And should i start trimming the fan lleaves noow?
You can definitely trim off the larger fan leaves to keep the plant from wasting energy and focus it more on the flower and important parts. Its would be difficult to say how much you will yield especially seeing that fresh flower is full of water and upon curing will lose at least half of its weight..it looks like you did a pretty decent job so you may get a few ounces but do be sure to get a good cure

To each his own. Everyone has his own opinion and a thousand reasons why they are right but your plants will photosynthesize without the fan leaves. It will still produce sugar because there are plenty other leaves in which to sucessfully do this. Ultimately you should do plenty of research and come up with your own consensus. I always trim my fan leaves a few weeks to harvest and my flower only gets better and my yield greater. Again this is my way and you should decide yourself what you wish to do.m Leaves will start to yellow as you flower so its alright to clip those and if you want to clip more then do so.
