First time grower Having trouble with one of my plants

wassup guys been having an issue with one of my plants basically I had over watered it a lot during the earlier stages by foliage feeding it wayyy too often and now that I have it on a decent water schedule it has bounced back tremendously from what it used to look like, but the fan leaves are still small and the growing speed of the plant has slowed down... and I know the grow light I have isn’t the best by any means smh I bought the wrong one on amazon but if anyone could shoot me some tips on how to at least compensate these issues until I order a new light I’ll post pictures below

What size pot and when did you repot?
It has that over nitrogen root locked look
I would just water with calmag or epsom salts and see how she responds

I’m using a 5 gallon pot and gotcha I just got some cal mag I didn’t know if it would hurt or help the current situation so I hadn’t put it in play yet

What were you feeding, how often were you feeding it, and at what dosage? I have personally never foliar sprayed my plants and I think that practice is a recipe for disaster for new growers. I've heard of too many new growers destroying their plants from foliar feeding.

At first I was literally only feeding just water and I was foliar feeding legit almost all the all the time cause it used to look dry but the reason it looked dry was cause I was over watering so much (I wasn’t the most educated at the beginning of this process) . Oh and I also have done bone meal mixed into the soil. Now I currently have cal mag, and an all purpose nutrient top dressing mix with a 10-10-10 fert grade

Not to mention the plant cant process it correctly via foliar feeding the plant converts some of it into nitrosamines best to just not foliar feed unless its a need to do with say cuttings cos that shits carcinogenic dont matter if its organic or not avoid foliar feedings as a rule of thumb id say

When you foliar feed you need to do at it very reduced levels. You don't foliar feed at the same strength you would if you were adding the fertilizer to your watering. Foliar feeding has it's place in certain circumstances but needs to be done properly. In most cases it's never needed. If you get to where you need an immediate addition of nutrients through foliar feeding then you've already messed up.

gotcha I def appreciate you guys advice, what do you think I should do now with the leaves being so burnt and stressed out like this ? Is it a lost cause ? And I know someone mentioned using Epsom salt and cal mag
