First time grower cfl

Order more than one what mate ?? And know reference for what ?? Yes it is a true 115w I messages the seller 1st to check and as soon as it comes I will set it um so it can be adjusted easily :)
 
Quick update: 16days since it was put into soil today (21st) and here's how she's looking (y) also forgot to mention as it will be a while until I receive my new cfl I have added a 14w cfl aswell as the 11 so there's now 25w in there atm. With that it was getting quite warm in there so I added a little 12v pc fan just to circulate the air around a bit now, but I have 3 more fans to go in 2 will be the extraction and 1 for the inlet then one pointing on the plant To make it stronger :) will update you when it's been added :D

P.S the soil has finally started to dry out so I am now making sure not to overwater :) image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgalso do any of you guys reckon its ready for topping/FIM/lST any help with that will be much appreciated, cheers ;)

Sry for the long time before reply, I have topped my plants and it is not as hard as you would think. A lot of youtube videos covering all the options you listed..although you might want to try a SCROG for your 1 plant small box grow to maximize space for higher yield. You will want to do it after you transplant from that small pot though imho. Then make your screen go right above the existing growth and let it grow through the start to seperate and spread the growth kinda like lst weaving it through the screen so there are a lot of bud sights facing the light.
 
No worries just thought you might have give up on me, I know how to top my plants just not sure what would be best to do ?? Also what size pot should I use for the final pot in my size box and I will order a net as soon as I can get to the bank cheers for the help :D

I use clones so I give them a week to adjust and then top, then I wait a week and top again on both shoots...then I scrog and weave and top longer veg means more tops and more scrog..in your space if you scrog/lst it right you can have three to four toppings...but you need to veg and make sure not to over do the stress on the plant...flowering will increase growth fast as well about dbl...so do some math....I would not use ro small of a pot I would get the biggest one for the space if your growing 1 plant...but I am sure there are others on here who know better.
 
when you top a plant does it stomp the height of growth as i heard it makes it more like a bush ?? also do you think this will be ok to use as a net ?? i will try to get the biggest pot as i can get for it aswell soon :) cheers for the help.Orange_barrier_m_4f72711991523.jpg
 
19 days old today and looking pretty good, just topped it for the first time last night :)

Any screen with a 1"X1" not sure the metric equivalent...sry I have had a topped plant grow tall if you let it I also have a topped crown as I call it. I cloned the very center top stalk and then topped the three outside growing limbs and they became the new 6 headed monster that I am going to be Scrogging in a few more weeks...I got a Pineapple Express thats about 14 inches with 4 good cola areas...so she'll go into flower this week if she is healthy...I have a Big Buddha Cheese in 3rd/4th week of flower that's really weak looking but it was a first time thing and I am learning very quickly. Like I said..I had mites, mold, root rot ph lockout you name it it's happened and its been great to learn.

Looking good there mate, watching the little girl grow up is fun...it should begin a nice explosive growth cycle if you transplant it watch that thing get a foot tall in two weeks...I see you have been working on your box with white paper siding and pc fans...I love ghetto tech! Did those lights come in yet?
 
Ok irll have a measure up tommorow and see if they are big enough :) also should I put it just above the plant now I have topped it or wait until I top it again ?? I'm glad to hear your grows are going well (y) and when you say it should have a nice explosive growth when you transplant do you mean into a larger pot?? Do you think it is ready for a larger pot ?? Yeah got bored and thought ird make it better while I had nothing to do :) still got to add the exhaust fan as it is getting pretty warm in there at the moment I will do that soon :).

Nothing on the lights yet but the tracking number says it should be here between jan 31st and feb 1st, but who knows with this weather I just hope and pray it will be as she's getting big now and needs more light :).

You can start scrogging whenever and top along the way to make more growth....just remember that your plants are gonna grow a lot in flower.
 
Ok irll put it up as soon as possible :) but surely if I top again with the net up it will already be above the ent so won't go through the holes ?? Also how do people get there plants this good small with lots of bud ??

You weave newer growth out vertically thats one way at least....the above pic is what I hope my crown turns up like only I hope my crown is bigger...lol you prune off any growth you don't want so the plant fucuses energy on the 6-8 main cola branches you have allowed to grow...I think that that pic has a forum member attached somewhere and they could tell ya more.
