First time grower can someone tell if they look healthy

This is my first grow so I just wanted to know if they are looking healthy or not .

2 of them are noticeably less developed (Cos I fked up and damaged one of the cotyledons on that 2) I think they are growing rather slowly as I planted the germed seeds 20 days ago but this isn’t a suprise as the light I am using is very low output And I’ll be switching to a 600w hps in a day or so.

My main concern is legginess/stretching, They Are all about 3 inches tall and idk if that’s reasonable but They seem to have decently strong stems.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

P.S 1st pic is the one which I didn’t damage if u can’t tell

You say you damaged them, not really seeing it. The cotyledon will shrivel and fall off typically in its own. If you damaged it, the cotyledon, all you really did was force her to use her roots more. They look ok, if a little reachy. What kind of "low output" are we talking about? I grow under led so can't advise much on the hps, aside from vent, vent, vent, they get HOT! Have you already got the hps? I only ask cause I'm getting pretty good results from my leds, they only use about 100w a piece but the output for an 80.00 light is awesome. the only light this girl has gotten is from a Mars Hydro ts600. That's about where the light has hung the entire time.

So I did have a 200w led that I was going to use for the first few weeks but had some faults and had to rig some cfl last min, and yea the more it look at it the more I think after this first grow I will definitely look into a led , mostly for the temp control as my hps does increase temps like crazy , and as far as the stretching goes I’ll probs submerge an inch or so of stem in the soil when I re pot in a few days .
