Feeling like I’m making healthy, but slow progress. Can anyone give me their opinion about the rate of growth Based on info in this thread.. thanks image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

So these two are only a few days a part.. same soil same LST.. they’re also different in the amount of times watered.. the smaller one is getting farther and farther behind.. the pot is staying heavy for a couple extra days.. anyone want to chime in on this?image.jpg

Hola friend! Plants look healthy. They do seem a bit small for 39 days veg though. Do you have any hypotheses?
Also is this the start of the perpetual grow or do you have another pair in flower? :)

Hey hust! Thanks for tuning in..
If you look at the pic of all three, the only plant that is actually 39 days old is the one on the far left... the middle is at 36, and the far right is in week 3.

I believe that they are stunted because I didn’t wait long enough to make my first top. They only had a bout 4 nodes before I topped for the first time.. a little early I think..

other than that,
the only thing I can think of is that my tent is sitting in a concrete floor.. maybe the roots are cold growth rates?!

The latter most likely. I’ve topped at node 2 before and it shouldn’t hinder them too much imo. A concrete floor quickly raised my eyebrow though

edit: if you put your hand on the ground is it cold? If so I would invest in a heat mat because the laws of thermodynamics are pretty straight forward and cold roots equals slow growth

I’d say it’s cool.. probably gets a bit colder at night.
Ill probably just put a thick towel under the tent honestly.
I also went ahead and transplanted the green crack and the og platinum into their final 7Gallon containers.
This is the start of my perpetual grow.. I plan to add 2 plants every 15-20 days... it’s a 30 day plan but I’m mainlining so I’m trying to give the girls an extra 2 weeks to veg.

I’m starting to enjoy the fact that my two plants are on completely different schedules.. gives me something to do :bigjoint: 9C456A06-34C0-42A1-AB6F-414802A6F4BF.jpeg

I broke two of my main branches accidentally so I’m down to 6.. one of them ended up being a topping so technically I have 8. But the two are much smaller then the rest.

Also transplanted the plant in my veg tent.
Can anyone explain why I don’t have roots on the top but so many on the bottom?!

I think the plants are ready to flip to flower
But I’m having concerns about light leaks from my veg to my flower tent..
I know I can zip up one of them but then I have to worry about heat and circulation.. I honestly haven’t put too much thought into it yet so I’ll update you guys on what I come up w.

Transplant pictures
As I mentioned earlier, IM curious as to why my roots seem to be shooting straight down to the bottom of the pot. Feedback is appreciated.A74A58F1-C990-4967-9F2B-8389A34A1300.jpeg7645F496-E8B2-4E33-8702-71B030EC2367.jpeg0A5606D8-9CEB-486E-8226-98509C23BC42.jpeg

Day 4 of flower.

ive been dealing with what I believe isa nitrogen toxicity.
No action taken. I’ve decided to let her work it out herself because the nitrogen is coming from the soil and will eventually deplete.. I was told she’ll use up a lot of that N during the flowering stretch.

also switched the 135watt blurple to the flower tent and the 150watt hps to the veg tent..
I did this because temps were getting to high with the tent closed.
i will eventually switch them back when I get a ventilation system in my flower tent.

my baby acapulco gold baby is burned up pretty bad too.. I hope that she’s just getting acclimated to the FFOF.

Anyway, enjoy the pics.
