Oh yeah, blue dream likes to stretch a lot. It depends on what seed company or if you got the actual clone but it's going to double at least. Read up on super cropping and get ready for the stretch in the second week of flower. Don't be afraid to supercrop them even then if they're getting too tall. You don't want plants growing up into the lights.... trust me :bigjoint:
One more quick question. So I had a homemade extractor fan that was working very well just a fan set up at the top of the tent blowing air out. Now I have this 4 inch one that I'm not sure if it's really doing to much my tent is getting hotter than it normally does but it does seem to keep it at a relative temp and my light get sooooo hot like burns when touched

I have 2 of that same light in my 3x3. I use a 6" inline fan on low and carbon filter for exhaust. With that alone, my temps would be low 90's. I recently dimmed it back down to 80%, moved one of my small fans up to blow across the top of the lights and turned the inline up to medium or so and the temps seem to be staying 79-82 or so now. So you may trying to put a small fan across the light. Otherwise, your inline may not be moving enough air to handle it by itself.

Okay awesome I do have a little fan blowing underneath the light. So I will definitely move it to the top when I moved it to the bottom of it, it definitely helps but I will move it. And I should probably get a second light huh?

You'd like to have close to 40 watts a square foot as a rough gauge. You have 9 SQ ft so using that you'd need 360 watts and you actually have 150 or less than 17 watts per sq ft. I've never used that sized tent before but I'd say 250-350 depending on your goals and budget would be good. Once you get your growing dialed in some it's possible to get 1 gram of bud per watt of light so that would put you in the 12 ounce zone per harvest. Getting an even distribution of light across the entire area is more important than a catchy peak number though so look at the par maps on the lights and decide how to best cover the area. Sometimes it's multiple lights that work best, others due to size and shape do better with just one bigger light. Spending money on your grow light is the place to spend it though if you ask me. I go cheap as hell everywhere I can but your light is the key to everything and the only equipment I really spent cash on.
