First time grow tent setup plans, need some feedback

Hi fellas,

I'm planning on starting my very first grow of White Widow XTRM feminized seeds and I need feedback if something seems off.

I'll get a 1x1x2m grow tent, 600w hps (dont know if Osram or Philips is better), aircooled reflector, carbon filter 425m3/h, autopot 4 pots system, TD-silent inline 380m3/h, a floor fan and a clip fan, Biotabs starter kit for nutrition (supposed to have everything needed for nutrition and keeping ph correct), dont know what they call it in english but translator said hydro gravel for medium and some perlite, necessary ducting n exhaust will b hooked up on a plywood board on window with a window fan to cover it nd finally the gadgets like thermometer etc.

How does it sound?

Hey, I am no expert but ventilation is a major concern. A window fan may not have enough power to do the trick. I would advise investing in a small rotating fan for the inside of the grow area and and input-inline and exhaust. How will you be keeping your temps down if you use just a window fan? Idk, unless your grow area is already ideally ventilated.

Also the more plants the better the air flow needs to be because you don't want to end up stressing them.

In my last two grows, I was on a tight budget and ventilation along with growing 3 different strains in the same res resulted in some shitty yield. But I learned alot. My suggestion would be to build a set-up in time if your on a budget. Rushing it will lead to problems which will lead to more expenditures on remedies.

By grow area do u mean the whole room, or the grow tent? And the window fan is just to cover the ducting coming on the window. And im gono get a big floor fan to blow inside the tent and a clip fan as well. And otherwise my apt is pretty cold, the floors r cold as well, the air is fresh
