First time grow, Not going well, Not much time left WHAT SOULD I DO??

Hi All,

First time grow, under CFL, Nirvana ak48.


Seemed to thrive for a long time, about 7 weeks into flowering at this point. The lower and upper leaves seemed to die so I chopped off the dead ones. Only the really big leaves seem healthy now. I've mainly used water on it (left out overnight), and a few weeks back I watered a little with agri-bloom (but I think I made sure not to overdo it).

I'm not growing under ideal conditions at all! it's in a closet, with milar on the walls, and I open the doors during the day when I'm home to let air in. It WAS growing amazing for ages but not it looks dying. But I just wanted to try it on the cheap.

Do you think at this point I should harvest it? I have to do it soon as I'm running out of time before a big holiday! What sould I do, I'm not too bothered about getting a massive yeild until I get a proper setup (on the way). What do you think I should do?

Well, it's not ready to harvest. There's also no bud on it, and I doubt there will be much in the end, if any.

Harvesting now would be like throwing it away, which if you can start another grow would be the way to go. If it's all or nothing on this plant, then you should probably finish it. But you've got weeks to go...

yeah I know what you mean... Do you think if I get a better bulb (the one I have really isn't great), there might be some chance in saving it?

Yeah man that thing looks starved bro... Not cool ... Get her some food asap.. If u chop now u might as well throw it away.. These last few weeks are the most important. If she could speak she would be saying " FEED ME SEYMOUR "!!!!

Yeah I think I have to agree here.. The time and money you'll waste trying to pull 7 grams dry off that thing at this point you could probably go out and buy 7 grams far cheaper.. I'd say lesson well learned though..

need to sort proper ventalation asap.. pc fans for intake and exhaust will do but you need proper circulation. id feed with water plain water for the next 2 feeds then 50% veg nutes, something high in nitrogen

this plant may not pull through so do pop another seed. but only if you sort that vent situation out.

what kinda lights you got, like wattage and numbers

Scrap it bro.. Save yourself the headache. There is not much more you can learn from this experience that you havent already learned. Take your experiences from t,his grow and apply them to your next. Understanding that this is a 7-8 week strain I think u see my point. Seeing that you've defoliated much of your fan leaves it will be very hard to determine your real issues but it is very plain to see that your plant was food deprived . Fan leaves will tell the story. Remove them and for the most part it becomes a guessing game.

wow you are SUCH a douchebag!

growing cheap with CFL is possible, but you have to know how. read about it. cfls should be kept 1-2 inches from all leaves of the plant to provide nice lighting.
