The good thing about dry amendments is it allows the plants to take what it wants and needs as it needs it. It’s the concentrated nutes you really have to watch amount your giving. Everyone I know who grows using dry amendments most of the time they eye out what they need...lol and it takes a few waterings for the nutes to become available to the plant I personally think you will be fine imo but who knows. I actually want to switch to full organic growing mediums for this reason. I seen more mess ups with liquid fertilizer then with dry amendments again I think you will be fine

Heck yeah. Thank you for the positivity! I wake up early every morning and my girls are always asleep until 7 or 8 and I had no one to talk tooo and took my concerns here..rightfully so. I've decided I'm going to let this play out and learn from it wether it's good or bad. I really don't want to go digging up soil out of the pot. The concentrated liquid nutes seem of more concern when you put it that way compared to the dry. Phew I feel better haha. So, now just fingers crossed and hoping she doesn't pig out and eat em all up at once.

Yea that’s the beautiful thing about dry amendments it’s always there for the plant to use as it needs it I mean you can over fertilize I guess with dry amendments but a ton of grows I’ve seen even when giving more then they were supposed to which happens it didn’t really effect anything...lol if anything my buddy didn’t have to add anything for awhile do to giving them more then directed I’m almost positive it’s not going effect it just pay attention to the ladies and you should be Aaaa ok my friend. Believe me I’ve personally seen this happen and it happens to a lot of people now when you over feed with liquid I’ve seen bad bad things and you automatically have to flush which sucks if you weren’t prepared to do it at that time so you will be fine⛽

Thank you again. My mind was racing this morning. Glad I didn't panic and do something drastic. I read somewhere that someone had their dog bite the plant in half and they taped it back together and still got to harvest something. If that doesn't give you hope then idk what will haha.

The pics of that Tangerine Dream I was posting like I said a led fell on top of it 2 weeks old completely snapped main stalk that plant I was posting was literally the bottom branch before the soil break was right above it so I bent branch and pulled it upward tied to fabric pot to hold in position and that wound up becoming the main stalk and that plant lol very resilient plants when you just give them TLC I can only imagine how much bigger my plant would have been if it didn’t snap original main stalk. But never panic this is an awesome forum and you will get help everyone here is awesome and more then willing to guide you and talk you through things anything man just ask and people will help!!! Stay medicated CHEERS

Yes I remember reading that a few weeks back. Awesome that you didn't give up. Before I started this autoflower. I threw two bag seeds I found in a couple pots. They grew too about 3 sets of leaves and my daughter ripped them out of the soil. She loves picking flowers. Roots slipped right out. I replanted them and read somewhere you can use raw sugar to help the roots start back up(could be a total myth but I figured they were doomed regardless) so I added a few sprinkles. I gave them to my coworker a day later because I already started germinating the bubblegum I'm growing now. Long story short. They're going strong at his place to this day. Been almost 2 months now.

Hell yea love how this plant can bounce back from a lot. And if you become good with autos you should become very good with autoflowers because photos if something goes wrong you can correct it and can the plant in perfect shape before you flip it into flower where as autos a minor screw up can be costly cause it’s going to flower when it decides to so it’s not forgiving lol. So I’d definitely get a photo period going after the bubble gum and you will see how knowledgeable the Autoflower makes you

I am definitely going to buy some photo seeds but the wife wants that Critical Purple seed to grow haha. So one more autoflower after this one and then off to playing with the photo periods

I'm SO GLAD I went with photo seeds for my first grow! I have learned so much by forcing myself to dig deep into the plants machinations and in doing so feel like I'm WAY better off than if I had got autos. The #1 reason is clones! I hit the literal jackpot by having my first two plants turn out female! The #2 reason is size. I can decide how big the plant is going to get rather than the other way around. In a tent bigger isn't always better. If your plants are growing into your lights 1 week into flower and you already have them all the way up that's a problem.

Had they been autos I'd be right back to square 1.

Since they aren't, I can select for vigor, strength and health and only grow the best of the best of my clones!

No need to waste time "hoping" the seed I just grew is developmentally disabled somehow.

Very nice. Glad it's working out for youuu. I'm looking forward to trying out some photo periods. I have like a 9ft headspace so height should never be an issue unless I stupidly let it veg for a year haha. Yeah its fun to think about. I do like that the autoflowers stay short though and I don't have to worry about light manipulation. I have to experience it and then I'll know.

I grew 3 Critical Purple Autoflowers from Growers Choice they went way longer then breeders recommendations like 30 days more which I had that issue with all there auto’s and I’ve heard from many others it to happen to them defeating the whole purpose of growing autos. Anyway there Sour Kush autos produced some amazing flower. You will like the Critical Purple awesome flower and gets you nice and lifted couch locking bud for sure!!⛽⛽

Right on. Yeah i'm looking forward to finishing this grow and then starting the whole process again. After the Critical Purple. I'll buy some photo periods. I want to grow it for a few weeks and flip it to flower and kind of grow a mini plant for fun. All of this is mainly fun for me and the wife will reap the benefits. I really don't smoke too often. Once a month if that. I enjoy CBD and Kratom mostly now for a year or so. I smoked for years everyday and have gradually worked away from it. My wife smokes enough for everyone on this website. She really needs it. Suffers with some mental stuff and this is the perfect medicine, so I'll grow her all I can. One plant at a time for now in this new venture.
