First Time Grow Journal from: Seed to Harvest - seeds from Attitude Seed Bank

I have now seen several 7 & 9 leaf fan blades on my other plants in the 5gal buckets.....interesting......all different strains...... and in it's own bucket? sharing the same light though..... and they are all only 24 days old? hmmmm.........will do some research....

my cole train had 9 & 11, not that unusual. the number of leaves will increase until flowering, then decrease.

I remember my White Widow mother had leafs with 13 fan blades on a single leaf. But the leafs that were like that were really close to the bottom of the plant and were old leafs because the plant was 5 feet tall. Sure they were healthy but those were the leafs that the plant had when it was 1 ft tall.

Yeah man, at least 35 out of my 40 plants (15 different strains) have 9 leaf fan leaves. I haven't yet seen any 11 or 13 leaf fan leaves though. But a lot of them are larger than my hand and I don't have small hands at all.

Update: It's DAY 25 - got my 1,000watt Blue Diamond Bulb in - Holy Shit -----it's briiiiiiiiight!

I'm only running it at 500watt -- temps inclined a little when I changed over from my T5 HO to this MH light - going to run this for a week - wanted to try it out and see how it was - it rocks - I had it up to 1,000watt with the BadAss Ballast from AN - and it was unreal - you needed a fuckin welding helmet to be in the room - lmao---- the plants were in a state of WTF? they loved it - and even at 500watt they r PERKIN!

But the T5 HO did the job-- so I am good with both - but the extra lumens @ 140,000 with the Blue Diamond MH is just something you can't believe till you SEE it!

Here are updates of all the potential ladies - Will start the first day of Flowering on Monday Officially with a new rez change out and new nutrients/additives.

Well it's DAY 26 of Veg......and things are lookin good - just nearing the end of WK#3. Going to start Flowering on Monday 9/5/11. So things will start to take off hopefully.....anticipation of smoking your own shit! Gotta love it....

Here are some updated pics from today - vegging under the MH till Monday then over to the HPS - going to pick up another inline duct fan and should get my filter as well plus remainder of nutes on Monday will be a big day.

I start flowering on monday too!
My white widow looks a bit different than yours. Probably because I had cloned mine from a plant that was already budding and doing that causes the plant to grow all crazy with amazing looking leaves. I heard it is stressful for the plant though, but shit, it looks awesome.

yeah this white widow is bushy as hell! I am pretty stoked to get flowering going! I will veg longer on my next run most likely as I just want to get this grow down - and definitely will concentrate on 2 or 3 strains at most - but I'm having a blast thus far and learning a shit ton from RIU members. You start flowering on Monday as well - congrats - got a grow log?

nice grow! I used advanced nutes in a hydro setup similar to yours but I failed to properly flush (my first grow) and my shit tasted like perfume haha also gave me a headache so bad I puked. Don't make the same mistake and make sure you give AMPLE time to flush those synthetic nutes, sir.

i got some lsd going myself atm, but you're further along curious to hear how she tastes.

thanks for the tips! I definitely plan on Flushing at least 5 days! And I will change the rez out several times during the week with Final Phase and Fresh RO PH adjusted water EVERY time! I know exactly what you mean - and really appreciate the kind words! I am really stoked to see the LSD myself - it smells fuckin amazing! I am going to start flowering today!! So stay tuned in!

Just caught up on your grow… Was kind of hard for me to follow along with all the different strains you have! hehe… and may I say BALLER status!?!? Looks like you picked up all of AN's equipment/nutes.

Alright guys! I am back from getting more equipment and ready to start the fresh change out of the reservoirs in all buckets and transplant the new seedlings which look fuckin AWESOME! Will be in the grow room for a couple hours getting all the finishing touches and getting my flowering nute mix soup brewing! Stay tuned...........will be back in a few...

Snap! We are entering flowering at the same time widow!! I put some in last night and am going to finish the rest up right now.

It has been a long couple of days.....fuckin tired....got my grow room setup dialed in on a gnats ass! - otherwise I just can't function in a messy environment. I will post pictures of the completed grow room - I think all will be impressed a little maybe...lol.

313Kronix - Awesome!! I am so stoked to get this going! I had to get my grow room dialed in - I am still waiting on my Phresh Carbon Filter - 6x24 - will be here Wednesday this week hopefully.

I am going to change out the reservoirs today and start flowering at 10:30pm - then go lights out - I will update a little later with all new pics - stayed tuned!
