This is my first time growing and I'm looking for some advice . I made a closet grow room using CFL's and was wondering if i have enough light. All the CFL's used in my flowering room are 2700k(soft white). I'm using 65watt x4, 40watt x2, and 23watt x8 all in the top flowering portion of my grow room which is 16 square feet. In the lower veg section I have 8 23watt CFL's(6-6700k and 2-2700k) in a 32 inch tall 3 foot wide 18 inch deep area with 2 pc fans blowing in air 2 pc fans inside the box circulating the air more and 2 pc fans blowing out the air. I've included pics so you'll have a better understanding of my set up.
First Time Grow is my setup right?

Put the lights within 1-2inches of your babys. Maybe try to get some light around the plant instead of all of it coming from the top
