if you can control heat decently id go for the 400w. its the best value for your $$$. thats a nice deal (considering the 400 is only a few bucks more than the 250)

Ive decited i am gettin the 400w system. im pretty sure my area will be vented enough to control the heat. plus its headed to winter so it will get cooler in there.
The temp now is running between 71-75 now.

Anything else i should try?
