First time flowering

Cool. I figured if I trimmed them off, then resources would be diverted to the rest of the plant. I’ll trim them off tonight. I am not sure what EC is lol. My water is above 8. I’ll check the web for the chlorine/chloramine. I have the option to use just straight rain water would that be better?
Definitely but than you need to use calmag. Do not trim any leaves on this poor small plant!!! No offense of my side but you need to do some readings and educate yourself during this 10 weeks you will be waiting for the crop. Start here: Www.growweedeasy.com

Out of curiosity and to make sure I’m doing this right. Is ok for me to have the light 15in away from plant? Or does it need to be higher so the plant can stretch? Also it’s a dimmable LED so it turned it all the way up when I lowered it. Still in Week 1 of Flower.

Follow the manufacturer recommendation. Closer does not need to mean better!

Updated pics. Looking a bit healthier IMO. Made an adjustment to the light and they seem to like it. Still can’t tell what sex though.

Look much more better. Next time wait until plant shows sex (on pre-flowers) and than flip to 12/12. Once plant throw out its sex, than its mature and ready for flower. Pictures you have provided show stipules (new growth). Follow wet-dry cycle with regular runoff and wait until you will see a small sign of deficiencies than feed half dose. Good luck

Almost done with Week 1.

I would say it's too early to tell I ended up taking a nice plant outside that looked like this and it was female. Patience is key i hate hearing it but i swear it's TRUE. You will have plenty of time to confirm a male before you need to worry about moving or throwing out

Think it’s time to start feeding nutes? Yellowing bottom leaves and very light green new growth. No nutes in a while due to some N tox I was dealing with during Veg. They’re in Week 3 flower.
