First time DWC - how does my gear look?

Update

My seeds have started to germinate! Should I be concerned about them growing the wrong way or being exposed to too much light? As you can see, the back left seed has the seed casing out on top. Is this normal?IMG_2012.JPG

UPDATE:

Everything seems to be going well - though I'm unsure about the one in the back right corner - it seems to be curled up. It's not the same one as the one above which sprouted fine. Any ideas?

i just had one seedling almost pop completely out of the rapid rooter. i just ripped the RR apart vertically a bit and tucked it back in there. you can move them around a decent amount until they start putting out side roots and then you don't want to touch them at all.
