Whattup RIUers! Hope all is well. So I am using my bathroom to dry in. I hooked up a 6 inch fan to exhaust at the top of the door(closed) and drilled some holes in the bottom of the door for intake. As of right now temps are in the mid to high 70s. Still gotta tweak it to get it lower. I live in Colorado and my humidity is really low. So Im planning on puting a used humifier in there to keep the levels up (50s right?) so they dont dry out too quick. I found this one on CL for 30 bucks used. Will this work for my situation. I need it to run for at least 10 hours as i work long hours. Let me know what yall think. Thanx.

Personally i like to trim wet then onto screens i would try to dry in a dark cool place low 60's to 65's with a fan nicely blowing over just above product goal is slow dry with 50 - 55 RH people worry to much about the rh at the beginning of drying process if RH is high then it will slow dry which is ok as long as you got Fans blowing around buds there will be no MOLD ,, for first 3 - 5 days dry her slow meanwhile she is also curing in a sense by day 5 take all buds and place in garbage bag press out air and let stand for 6 - 8 hrs what happens here is out side buds are dry but inside is damp still this will force the wetness out then replace on screens for 8 - 12 hrs there ready to jar for cure or bag em and burp daily
i wouldn't worry to much about ventiing room but rather having fans on buds and temps staying mid 60's the warmer the faster she will dry colder appears to bring out the best dscf3918v.jpg gallery_11738_4815_3838235.jpg gallery_11738_4815_996222.jpg

I was planning on hanging branches with fishing line from my ceiling. The room getts really hot(100 degrees) sometimes with the door closed so thats why i put the fan on. Like I said this my first so I dont know what the humidity levels are going to be when i fill the bathroom with wet bud. But right now its in the 30s(humidity). I planned to put a oscillating fan in there blowing air indirectly around the plants. So are 70s too high? Not sure if I can get it down to the 60s. Maybe at night but definitely not during the daytime. I goin to take some pics i will post them in a min. Thanx for the help Anonymous!

Your going to want to bring it down from 70 that will be way too high and you will end up with mold
