First time drying on a rack

Just got one of the drying racks as a gift and was wondering if it’s a better option over hanging your buds? I want to trim after drying, i am okay to cut all of the fan leaves off but i would like to keep the majority of the sugar leaves to dry slower and more even. Any one here uses these racks often? What setup do you do? How much do you trim off of your bud? Where do you hang the fans?
Any input is appreciated

Mine is not near that nice, but i wet trim before racking them. Overall less material to dry.

Now I'm pretty harsh in my trim. The pic hopefully gives you an idea. I remove as many sugar leaves as possible to make bubble hash. Also I've noticed a smoother smoke removing the leaves bigger than a half inch.
And far as the drying rack, I flip the harvest at least once a day till the stems are hard to bend but aren't dry enough to break.

Great looking buds man! So you just turn them one everyday and that’s it? Where do you put the fan? Blowing from bottom or sides?

Let me get my phone juiced and i'll get a pic for you. Now, my box is just that, a big box, drying rack from wish.com (took so long I forgot I ordered it) and I cut and cobbled a PVC stand to hang it from. I have a very small fan blowing underneath the rack. My biggest issue with it is humidity in my garage. My wife doesn't want it drying in and stinking up the house. Due to the unstable humidity, my drying times vary. This past summer, 3 days, here in winter, so far, 10 days. And could probably use one more. Then into an air tight container, I use jars, plastic can leave a taste behind.
