Hi guys

this will be my first time growing autos. Purely for the speed this time around.

I will be growing in 11ltr pots with bio biz light mix soil. Nutrients are hesi grow and bloom.

lights are 1 spider farmer sf4000 and a invisible sun ISH600 quantum board and a vipaspectra r900.

do you guys have any tips to help make it a successful grow. The seeds are currently in the paper towels waiting to germinate.

I have 15 purple punch fem auto from barneys and 3 short and sweet by heavyweight seeds.

thanks in advance guys.

1. 20/4 light cycle from seed to harvest
2. Don't start feeding too early (before 3rd week) and start with 1/4 strength in my opinion
3. Go easy on defoliation, few leaves at a time.
4. Low stress train them of course.
5. Don't top IN MY OPINION. Others will disagree. Maybe top some of them for comparison
6. If you have troubles transplanting, do not transplant and start in final pots.

Happy Growing bro!

Perhaps visit autoflower.net for detailed auto info.
You've chosen a well reputed medium....I've used it in a perpetual grow for years and find it the most consistent batch to batch.
I grow in 2-3 ltr so no help on 11 ltr except I feed nothing but di water for 3 weeks...then very very conservative on feeding. Autos stress much easier and less recovery time than photos ....
I plant straight to medium and trans at 10 days....3weeks under T5...then bloom under 650w at 12/12.
Autos do not required any specific lighting schedule..can handle 24 on down. I specifically run 12/12 just to run photos too...no problem and I like the lower electric bills.

Just treat them right like any other plant. Don't underwater, don't overwater, don't overfeed. Provide a healthy environment and your plants will thrive.

Not sure if you are just a new auto grower or first time overall. I'd recommend using starter pots and transplant when they are ready. Good luck.

At the moment I have the lights around 2ft away to stop them stretching and getting leggy.
In your oppinion should I keep it at 2ft away through out the cycle or once they have a few sets of leaves move it further.
Thanks dude.

My plants are not subjected to qbs/cobs etc intensity until they're 3 weeks old...then I start at 20" or so....until then they were under T5HO at 2 inch height.
Your lights may be a bit intense at this point. Perhaps dimming until plants are close to sex....
