Your grow tent is 32"x32"x63", correct? If so, a 600w will be good. I use a 400w cooltube in my 2x4x5' tent. I didn't see pots mentioned, you'll need those too.(lol) You'll also need an exaust fan and a carbon filter if odor is of any concern. Some flex duct to connect everything up. You may want to get some Happy Frog or Light Warrior soil to start your seedlings as Ocean Forest is pretty hot. As to how many plants, it's depends on the style of grow you plan on.

yeah the tent is that size, I have some 3 gallon pots and some 5, as for the grow I would like to go maybe 3 to 4 feet high so from what I read I will want to put them into flower when they are 1 and a half to 2 feet and no more than 6 plants. will The 600w light be able to handle 6?

When calculating height don't forget to put your light's height into the picture, sure your plants may reach four feet in flower that means your light needs to hang at least 5 ft.

I have a 4'x2'x8' closet....I basically utilize a 3' x 2' area for my grow and use a 400W light (change from HID to HPS during veg/flower). You will def. need some fans to circulate air, inline fan to exhaust hot air out and maybe even one to bring cool air in. Have to see how much pressure you have and if passive intake it ok. Of course pots....I grow soil as well and like fox farms you won't need to fert for a while with that (4-5 weeks of veg.). It is a "hot" soil so be careful with nutes and starting in it but should be good. A 400 will be most effective for plants 3' and under for light penetration. So I grow in 3 gallon (fabric/air) pots. I usually Veg for 5-6 weeks my plants are anywhere from 12 to 15". Once you turn lights to 12/12 you will get the stretch period for the next couple weeks and plants will double in size. A Sativa plant can triple on you so know what your strain is and how it grows. PH meter or tube with solution to get a general idea of your waters PH and what your plant is doing. Might want a light meter if you want to measure where light is concentrated and keep in mind plants have a light saturation point. More is not always better....Speaking of more is not only better, I have tried 6 plants in that space and found it produced the same yield as when I had 4....and last time I did 3 it produced the same as when i had 6 or 4. I am now down to two plants and messing around with topping and some LST ing to fill that same space. Keep in mind that after about 6-8 weeks those plants will be full and the space in the tent is going to be crowded. Less air circulation, more heat, not as easy to water, etc. Maybe start with 4 it will give an idea of some of the issue you will have and space needed. I usually don't start with seeds (have access to clones) or if I do I try and get fem seeds so I don't have to start more and thin later. You will also need a temp/humidity gauge. Those are some of the basics....as you get into it you will figure it out. When you get close to harvesting you are going to need a good magnifier to see trichs and some good sheers (have fun trimming) then some mason jars for curing. Good luck keep us posted on how its going and keep it simple at first until you get the basics down.
