always hydrate clones in water for a couple hours before putting them in plugs.
Never spray the clones directly spray the dome.
The more you tug on them to check for roots the longer they will take to root. You are possibly damaging any root nubs when you do this.
I like to soak rock wool in a light nutrient solution, been using clonex solution since I have it and it lasts a while.
You should get roots in 8-10 days. My dome doesn’t have holes in it, so I just take it off for 5 minutes a day to give some fresh air.

Generally the lower softer stems root sooner
Cuttings should be taken before feeding as high levels of nitrogen also slow rooting

I usually go for middle of the plant,big but not the biggest.Look at the hole in the RW cube,about that big.

I took these on the 6th just getting around to transplanting them today.

So the clones died, I took 5 more and let them soak a little over 24 hours, dipped in gel and straight into cubes (after I flicked them), covered up the holes this time too. Put dome on and walked away. I haven’t touched anything, my hygrometer is inside and it’s reading 52-57 rh. It’s been 2 days, spray dome or leave them alone?

you can put some extra RW cubes in that are soaking wet,or give the dome a light spray.Whats the temperature? you want warm.

Those branches are perfect to clone. It seems like you're having issues with cubes, I would suggest cloning straight into the medium that you grow in. Simply cut, dip, plant, mist sides of dome and leave it until clones are rooted.
If you got some type of solution like clonex mist to spray to help them root faster, you can use that as well. Just take them out 1 at a time, mist the undersides, then place it back in dome.
Once rooted, you could start to acclimate them (which normally takes about a day or two). The whole process should take you no more 6-10 days.

I sprayed it, I’ll soak some cubes in a few, and the temp is in the mid to high 70s, maybe 77 on average
Thanks for the advice! I’ll try all suggestions and keep at it until something works, I’m determined

Okay so no luck with the rock wool, tossed it and built a bubbler, looking good so far but this is first time trying this and cloning in general for that, here’s a before and after 24 hours, anyone got bubbler experience and can give estimate on rooting times? Will new growth be an indication? Don’t want to be messing with them a lot, thanks for the help
