First time cloning, how does Superthrive work for cloning?

I have never cloned a plant before, was always worried about throwing it into stress, but I am told that just isn't true. So I am going to have a go at because I really want more White Widows. I heard you can use Superthrive for cloning, how does that work? Do you use it instead on rooting gel? Full strength or diluted? Thanks for the help all.

You just need to dip the cut in cloning gel. Experiment any way you can until you figure out how to clone well. A lot of people don't experiment and give up. It's a piece of cake once you figure it out. You don't need an aerocloner. Just patience and rockwool small cubes, potting soil/perlite, vermiculite/perlite, etc. there are lots of videos on YouTube.

You definitely won't stress your mother plant.
