First time CFL closet grow.... need input from someone experienced

My setup....
-two 26w 6500k's
-one 26w 2700k
-party cups with reg potting soil from local home and garden center
-2 xbox fans with baffels for ventilation (one in, one out)
-miracle grow fertilizer (i know this isnt the best but its what i had to work with)

I have 3 plants... i took a pic of my best one soo feel free to tell me how it looks.. i just under 2 weeks in.

i would suggest adding a few more of those 26w 6700K bulbs, probably aim for 3-4 more by the end of veg cycle
i currently have 4 little hydro sprouts under 4x24w 6700K 24/0 lighting and they are loving it (planning for 8 bulbs by the end of veg)
i also added a 10000K 15W T5 strip light because i had it lying around from an empty fish tank, did wonders for the side canopy lighting
miracle grow isnt the best soil nutrient to use, unfortunately i have limited experience with soil so i can't help you with what nutes to use
remember with CFLs distance is everything, anything further than 4" away isn't doing the plant any good
as for the sex of the plants, its nearly impossible to tell until you switch them to flowering cycle spectrum and time (unless you are growing with clones)
when it reaches the size you want to flower it at, gradually switch the light cycle from whatever you have now to 12/12
e.g. if you are on 24/0 now, switch it to 20/4 and then in a few days when the plants start to adapt, switch to 16/8 and then repeat till 12/12
this minimizes the shock the plant goes through

I'd definitely add more 26w2700k's. I'm 35 days into 12/12 on two girls under eighteen 26w2700k that are all within 2 inches of the tops and sides. They vegged under six 26w2700k and six 26w6500k. Once they started flowering I added 6 more 26w2700k just to be sure.

sooo i know i need to get more lighting but everyones telling me different.. do i go with more blue or more red spectrum???
