it is legal here now but has not been implemented. they are still working out the details. for medical use... it's a start (if jeff sessions don't muck it up for us all).

anyway... I did one wash, for 10 mins. I found a potato masher worked better for me than the wooden spoon. Just worked it up and down, round-n-round, top to bottom. The spoon fits my drill motor so i may beat it up with that after one more hand wash. It was midnight so i just put the work bag of material in the freezer to wash again later.

Also, I had a difficult time removing it from the bags and simply could not get it all out by myself; trying to hold the bag and scrape it out too. the bags will not fit over the outside of my buckets in order to pull them taught around the top. I will need to enlist a helper for the rest or cut the lip off the bucket.

Here's what i got, There is still a good bit in the bags. I just could not scoop it out very will alone.

This has been sitting out for ~11 hours now.
Next, I need to put it in the freezer for ~6 hours, then grate and sift it. Correct?
I don't know why we want to grate and sift it. can someone enlighten me?

Squirt bottle or just pour a little water through the bag to get it all together in the bag so its not all over the screen then once its in a pile lightly press it a little from the outside on the bag on the bottom to make it stick together enough to grab out of the bag and for the drying and grinding it down i don't do it but im sure it would make some nice hash joints put the powder hash ontop of a little layer of weed on the rolling paper the another layer and rollit :joint: but any one else got any other reasons to gring it up to powder??

Will try making it sorta stick together later tonight when i enlist a helper to continue this.
thanks for you help man! I have hijacked this poor dude's thread but in my defense i think his issue was resolved long before I began my rant.

I wanted to try some but had no idea how to smoke it. I used this rig to smoke the finger hash from the trim-gloves... ha! just realized i still have some of that in the freezer.
I loaded two-thirds a bowl of flower/bud in the bottom part...

Then screw on the top bowl!

mmmmm.... tasty!
trouble is, i don't know what came from what bag anymore. will label 'em next time.
:D

yep, i would like to find a way to smoke only the hash with no bud involved and think i am wasting it this way... well, since its melting onto a bowl-o-bud, maybe not wasted as much.
It has been air-drying for ~15 hours now and with humidity between 50-60% may still be moist in the middle.
since i don't know why we are putting it in the freezer, don't know if it needs to be completely dry first?
should i freeze it now? unwrapped right? am just gonna put 'em in paper baking cups in the freezer.

i think that may be if we wanted to continue on to make dabs or shatter or something. I can see where freezing it would make it easier to grate but then we are back to the why of it all...
perhaps someone will educate us soon.
:)

*edit * it would make it lighter and fluffier as you said.
