legal, no i'm only 20:lol: i dabble with fire here and there :bigjoint: i play my odds... and that's only the top shelf... i've got a lower one and a closet:leaf:

Looks like a great start, but like everyone has said, CFL's are great for veg, but for flowering you will definitely want to upgrade the lighting with that many plants.

i thought i mentioned that my flowering room is a 3' x 4'5' with 11 cfls 250w mh and a 400w hps

looks pretty good, im thinking about adding some CFLs in my grow, i have 1 600w HPS,,but it does look dangerous with all those wires, better make sure your wiring and your bearkers are strong enough, and make sure you have enough Amps...GL & GG

thanks man i had to adjust the outletting because i'm trying 18/6 and when the lights turn back on there's a power surge... shouldn't be an issue anymore

Im also growing BB one of the best strains Ive smoked slurp slurp lick lick.
I have a question regarding those multiple cfl mounts: Where did you purchase them from? And exactly what are they called (on the box/packaging)?
I reside in the U.K. & Im having difficulties finding it, we only have single mounts.

well i dont think they have home depots in the uk but try ordering them online or maybe a home utility store of some sort. i think they're called socket dividers or somethin of that nature

yea, i recently switched my veg shelf to 18/6 after recieving a 556$ phonebill for 63 days!. i had to divide the power evenly (26 42W cfls) between the 2 separate circuits(with surge protectors) so the lights wouldn't break the circuit when they come back on). about 2-3 days ago i began topping all of the plants with 5 to 6 nodes. hopefully that'll make the growshoots stretch. i'm thinkin i'm going to flower as many as possible(13max maybe because i've got grapefruit an orig. clone and this hge chemdog that wont be done flowering) when they reach 11-13", keep the fems in there until i fill up the room and then when there's more space in my veg room i'll transplant some into biggger containers and LST them on the top shelf:weed:

for those of you who are inquiring what the setup looks like from the outside here re some pics.
pic 1 completely curtained off. the growroom extends about a half inch off camera
pic 2 left fan: ducting into flowering room
right fan:blows fresh air into both shelves temps now ave. 78 day ??night
pic 3 shows the two layers
