First Stealth Cab Growbox, Few Questions

So I think I have the deign of my grow box down. At least the plans, however I have a few questions.

I plan on running either a 250 or 400 watt hps/mh with a cool tube with a 120mm exhaust fan. 2 80mm or 120mm intake fans. In the mother/clone room i plan on using cfls. I also plan on Scrogging.
My Questions:
1, Would a 250 or 400 watt hps be a better choice?
2, Is a 120mm fan enough exhaust to keep the temps down?
3, Would i need intake/exhaust fan for the mother/clone room with cfls?
4, Am i missing anything?

plans

1. 250 would be fine since the box is smaller & assuming that you're going to have it wrapped in mylar/reflective tape.
2. 250mm would be better than 50mm because that's literally trying to cool your box with a 2in fan.
3. yes you will still need intake/exhuast fans with CFLs, that what I use and without them the humidity/temperature would be above 80 degrees, which isn't good. It's a good idea to have an intake fan instead of just an exhuast fan, keeping air circulated possibly rotating more co2 that you have in your house/w.e. & prevent dust from settling on the plant itself.
4. personally i think your site might be too small, for as much as you want to do. the plants edges/leaves may touch the sides/fans cutting/bending themselves. whats going to seperate your two rooms if anything? did you consider the location of where you're going to place your bubbler? also what bubble stones you're going to use?

thanks for replying
