You are definitely over watering your plant. Twice a day??? You should be watering every other day, and don't forget to give it nutes every other watering. Slow down on the water or you will lose that plant.

only reason why i watered it so often is because the soil always feels bone dry when ive had the lamp onit

do you know what temperature it gets up to in there? im thinking it might also be 2 hot in there with out proper air in/out. as MJ said you should not be watering that much. an in a pot that size it should be good for days before you have to water again.

il defo cut back on the watering and see if it helps, the temp got to 102.7f last night and the humidity was 72%?

wow thats way too hot! never let it go above 90f thats when you start having problems. ideally keep it between 70/80f,

AC unit maybe? i use a cooltube it works really well, if you get a cooltube you will need an inline fan on it to extract the hot air away from the light,

not really, but if your stuck can you leave the door open an put the fan outside the room an blow the air in between the light an the plant? it might help it a bit :?
you should look in to getting a cooltube its an investment, especially if you grow in a small space,

yeah, i think they do run a little cooler but the heat will still build up. you should maybe look in to cfl lights till you can get yourself sorted with the cool tube,

Do you have an inline fan to exhaust the air? You need an inline fan to exhaust the air in the room at least 3x per 5 minutes.
