First seed order

hi, I just placed my first seed order. I have been growing for some time, but have always found clones. Basically bad genetic, no names. I said fuck it and ordered. Here is what I have coming

Soma nyc diesel fem
Heavyweight fruit punch fem
Reserva privada kosher Kush fem

Freebies
World of seeds strawberry blue fem
Delicious seeds critical sensi star fem
Royal queen critical fem
Afghani reg

Anyone have any good luck with these? Tried them or grew them?

I must have ordered from the same place today. At least, the freebies were the same! Can't wait to get them going.

I haven't tried any of them. But a word of advise don't buy because of name. There's only one place to get the real white widow and it's no longer white but rather black. Just a quick example. That doesn't mean almost every breeder doesn't sell something by that name. Some bought from the original breeder with the original genetics and inline bred it to their liking but is that your liking? Others just take their "whitest" strain and use that name never mind there is no Brazilian or South Indian it. And if there was what is the likelyhood of two marriages of two sets of identical twins is no more likely in plants than it is humans.
This is even more important when it comes to strains of taste strawberry mango Orange ect. You should read up on each strain before you buy. This way you can choose wisely and I would suggest finding the original genetics and the safest way to do that is the original breeder. It's become a marketing game now for to many people. While your eye will go to the bright flashing neon sign. The best genetics might be in the boring ole colored straw with melted ends.

I know what it's like to wait to recieve new beans. Plus the only reason I order new beans is because I have an idea of what I want. And over all it's about 4 months to figure out whether or not I got what I was hoping for and that's for short flowering strains. For me there is nothing more disappointing than being let down after all that time and effort. I was just trying to help a fellow avoid that. That's why I add 2 at a time it decreases my odds of feeling that way.

Only ordered three. Thought soma Nyc diesel was a solid choice. Rappers always talk about kosher Kush. Fruit punch was an award winner. The others are going in freezer for a bit.

I got strawberry blue freebies from herbies two there giving them away like crazy. Im more excited about the 2 free Afghans im getting . There supposed to be "landrace".

@Peaberry if you go by what rappers are smoking your gonna be growing a lot of kush lol. You also should find a strain that you like personally. Fuck some rappers opinion. Not to say i dont like og kush or bubba, GDP, or any other popular strain.

Strawberry blue was delicious . Every pheno I has was nlt bad . Had 1 hermie early at week 3 and cut her down balls were everywhere . The other ones were great to the name . Berry ish sativa buzz that was very good and potent .

Did you grow them in soil? Do you think it would perform good under a scrog?

I did grow mine in soil . They would scrog well but I remember mine weren't vigorous in veg . So long veg time and she didn't stretch nearly as much as the chocolope next to her . So I would try. I topped mine once and into flower . Ended up with 1 1 1/2 off each one
