Greetings cannabis people.
Welcome to my first grow journal. I am a Ommp caregiver/Grower in portland. i love the cannabis plant, all aspects of it. this is my first grow journal, but definitely not my first time growing. so please bear with me as im not used to typing like i am speaking.
Now to the garden.
I have 2 air cooled 600w hps and a 125w cfl for supplemental lighting in a 6x6 room. my veg room is tiny, just 2x6. i cant wait to upgrade, and have my veg room the size of my current flower room or larger, but that will have to wait.... I cool my lamps and ventilate my room using a 6 in eco plus inline fan pulling the air through the lamp hoods. my veg room is lit by a 44 sunblaze t5 system. my only real problem, now that the spring is approaching, is the rising temps in my growrooom, but i plan to run everything at night very soon. that should save the grow room some degrees, and save me some bucks.
Now on to nutes..i have come to the conclusion that i HATE liquid ferts. even though i only used one brand(general organics), i am not satisfied with the way my plant look after the transition to flower. i believe my batch of super soil cooking up should solve most of those problems for me.
Now on to strains... i am currently flowering sensi star, wonder bud, cheese, and a mystery indica, all from clone. also an unknown purple sweet smelling strain from seed. ok, in the veg room, i have the timewreck and ace of spades by TGA, OG kush from reserva privada, Fruity chronic juice from delicious seeds, and a possible white widow cross that resulted from the pollen of a self pollinated chocolope.
so get ready and stay tuned pics and updates coming soon!!!

ok a brief update. one of the timewrecks and one of the AOS(AceOfSpades) seemed to start showing deficiencies on the top leaves. i predicted they were rootbound, and they were when i checked, so i put a nice 4 inch layer of roots organic on the bottom of the pot, and instantly they started to take off again. pics up tmw.

100_2378.jpg100_2379.jpgace of spades not too long after transplanting. i believe my super soil was a little hot, i used it 10 days early but i had to the the plants couldnt take the small pots anymore. so there is a little nute burn on some of the leaves, but the new growth looks pretty good!!
