first real grow (grape god bag seed)

I was gonna do a small scrog with this plant but I decided not too. IDk I just don't want to screw thing up !! I know it prob wont but I just want to produce some big kola's (cola's witch spelling is it ???)
I topped it when it had only three nodes and it looks like i got four tops on it. Im trying to keep the canopy all at same level. It seems to be looking good!!

Well Im supposed to be getting a couple clones ( blue widow, and something else) but its taking forever i wanted to of had them already so i could put everything into flower at the same time due to space, I guess I could just keep this into veg and have a monster but then again space issues. Im just gonna have to get them this weekend and maybe do a 12/12 with the clones. what do ya think ????

I hope someone stops by and gives me their opinion. Im new to growing and could use any advice giving !!

How long to veg a plant is determined by the light you're flowering with. What are you using? It looks really good, keep it up!

Im using a 400 watt HPS/MH, using the Mh for veg and the HPS for flower!! when do you think i should switch to 12/12????

U managed to get a grape god bag seed wish I was u

You can probably let the large branches get another 6 -8" longer. The plant is capable of doubling in size after you switch, and a 400 HPS is limited to 24" or so from the top of your biggest cola down of good to OK bud growth. Just remember to keep the plants growing as wide as you can

Yeah my buddy grew some grape god and this shit was amazing !! I got a OZ from him and found 3 seeds in the whole OZ, don't ask me how cause his plants didn't turn hermie ???
He is the one who is gonna give me the clones, I saw him this morning and he said there ready and will bring them over tomorrow morning. Im so stoked can't wait !!

I will prob only veg them for about 2 weeks and put everything into flower, I cant wait for the final product!!!

Yeah I will keep in veg for at lest a couple more week, my clones are coming tomorrow and I need to put everything into 12/12 at the same time.

I did not know that a 400 watt was limited to 24" thanks for the info !! but do you think that that light will grow 3-4 nice plants at one time ???

Soon i will be buying a tent i just want to go with a 24"X48"X60" I cant get anything to big plus i dont want to spend the time taking care of 10 plants, Im good with 3-4.

Its gonna take me a little while before i can get all the equipment that i want since im a family man and have a shit ton off bills to pay and a wife that loves spending $$$$ LOL !!!

Okay it been about 4wks now since the seed sprouted, its looking real good !!

How long does it take for a plant to show thier pre-flowers???
I got those clones the other day, Grape God, NYC Diesel. i was hoping for a Blue Widow but my buddy said he only took 3 clones and only one of them grew roots so ill have to wait on that strain for a little while !!

anyways i was wondering that i really neen to have all these in on one cycle and cant have them get to big due to space, so if i put this plant in 12/12 in about 2 wks and put my clones in with it will i still get a decent yeild from the clones?? Im not sure if this plant is even female and dont want to force flower cause if it turns out male then my clones that didn't get a chance to go through a veg cycle ???

Preflower could take days to show after switching to 12/12, or they could show tomorrow under 24/0 lighting. Four weeks in is pretty early for most plants to show, in my experience.

Ok !! I am now switching to 12/12 time to force flower and see if this is a female !!

I keep breaking branches off this thing first i broke one of the main tops off (all the way off from the main stalk) then i was bending some branches over, cause they were getting to close to the lights and snapped another top branch so i put a band aid on that one to hold it back together. lol!!

well i hope by next week this time it will be showing sex ???


i have my two clones under some cfl's for veg while the lights are off in where the other plant is in for flower, when the 400 watt comes on they go back in that room and when it goes off they go under the cfl's. i got the clones under 24 hrs of light!!!


i'll take some pic's later on today so ya'll can see what i got going on!!

Well it is 3 days into 12/12 so i decided i should do some trimming before its to late. so here are some pic's what it looks like now !! i cut about 20 clones off this thing, ill try to root a couple but idk i dont have the right equipment to make clones but we'll see.

Ok my bitch showed sex today!!! so excited !!!!
Four days into 12/12 and she showed me her pussy!!! now about 8-10 weeks and i hope i will have some nice smoke !!

Congrats on the baby girl! Now to get her to harvest successfully...

well here is another update, its been about week since i switched to 12/12 and she has shown her sex already. im excited that she is female, i would of been very disapointed if it was a male, all that work you put into growing to have to throw it away!!

anyway i got some more pics to post along with some pics of my clones,(NYC DESIEL,AND ANOTHER GRAPE GOD) !!!

So i got the clones under cfl for about 6hrs a day and under the 400 watt hps for 12hrs a day. and i got a NYC DESIEL that i started from seed that i got from a hermi plant. that is in a 12/12 cycle the whole way!!

question ??? if a seed from a hermi plant grows is that seed going to be female ???
also is that plant going to be more prone to become a hermi ???

the ones in the smart pots are the clones, on the left is the Grape God and the one on the right is the Nyc Desiel , the one in the small pot is the desiel from the hermi (seed)
