I have looked around on the problem forum more than once and can't find someone with the same problem.
I came home today and my plant leaves were straight up.
I'm using 3 cfl bulbs 2 100watt and 1 60 watt the light is about 4 inches from the plant I have a decent sized box in my attack I'm not sure if it's heat problems or what this is the first time it has done this also I have good air flow and watering at appropriate times please help!

Without knowing anything else such as ph, nutes, ect. It looks like you have damage from an outside source such as chemicals on your hand, or dog/cat saliva.

It's just one side of the plant?

No one can help?
Wow, waited a whole 20 minutes............
Looks like temps.
Can you tell us what the temps are?
What do you call "appropriate' time to water?
Can you tell us how often and how much you are watering?
Are those numbers you gave for the CFL wattage equivalent or actual wattage?
Either way, that is a lot of light to be 4" away from plants that small.
That also looks like shit dirt not soil, without any perlite in it.

is your attic hot, is your box ventilated with cold air. if the temps are over 85 your probably heat stressing them.

I'm not sure on my ph levels I need to get a ph reader but yes it's in my attic and it does get quite hot but I have my times to run when it's the most cool during the day so the box doesn't over heat I have intake and exhaust fans that pull and push good air the highest I've let my temps get is 90 and the plant was perfectly fine this happened out of random also I'm feeding it bio thrive 4-3-3 and water until water comes out of the bottom of the cup! Thanks for y'all's help

You can buy a ph tester from the pet store for fish tanks..they also sell the ph up. Ive been using it for my last 4 grows and it works! I think spent 10 bucks for tester and ph down..as for the attic..wow thats a tuogh spot to try and keep the heat down..Im from south Texas and even the tought of using my attics makes me kringe! lol good luck bro!

imo....time to pull it and do a bunch of homework on temps,ph etc.....
^^^^This^^^ I have been seeing some shit on here lately that you would almost have to purposely be fucking up your plant to get it to look like that.Research people research.
