First Post on my 2nd Grow- Let me know opinions!

The pics below are from seeds from a friend of mine who pulled them from a large crop (50+ lb harvest) with maybe 20 seeds found, the flavor in his was amazing so I decided to give them a shot. GDP pheno, I've noticed zero seeds and the flavor is only getting better in the cure. I ran hollywood OG as well which i'll post next with pics, the quality on both were amazing and the density was great but there was a yield of 9oz on my one thousand so I figured I would post and see where I could have improved. I'd like to consider myself book smart in cannabis horticulture but not ignorant and understand I'm still new, considering how many seasons/harvests I've had, which this is my second grow.

Lighting: (1) 1000w
Medium: Botanicare Coco Coir/Perlite (65/35)
pH: 5.9
Temps: 75f Day 65f Night
Humidity: 25-40% Average
Pots: 5gal plastic bag/smart pot mix (no difference in yield for the record)
Nutes: Advanced - Sensi Grow/Bloom, Voodoo, B52, Bid Bud, Final Phase, Bud Candy, Bud Ignitor ( Roots Mychorizae added starting 2 weeks old, and re-applied every 2 weeks until week 4 of flowering)
Feeding: Everyday (4:20pm) with ppm at 1050 (+/-) during most of flowering -I feed until tips started slightly burning
Veg time: 7.5 weeks
Flower time: 8 weeks 3 days
Flush time: Every 7 days, and 1.5 weeks at end
Training: Supercropping at all stages in veg at every node every few inches of new growth. At week 7 still in veg, I topped a couple and left the rest alone with no other training as I flipped into flowering after the top recovery.

-Cut down, dried for about 5 days until most of the stems snapped, then jarred. Great end result with quality, but cannot pat myself on the back for yield. -Still grateful on quality over quantity concept, and very thankful to grow this beautiful plant. Let me know what other info I can provide to help you guys help me figure out how I can yield better next time. I figure my number one adjustments are going to be some kind of training methods, strain selection, and maybe a nute test on the next run. I know I'm already getting started with adjustments, just looking for some positive advice, thanks guys!

And here's the hollywood OG I had mentioned. A couple of things I did want to include for obvious reasons, I had 6 plants total, 5 hollywood OG's and one GDP, again all vegged 7.5 weeks with extensive super-cropping and 3 total plants topped as well as super-cropped, which of course did yield a little better. Any advice on a better yield for next grow? Thanks again in advance for any help

I always LST to make sure the lower branches get enough light to become fat buds, one other thing I do is twist the shit out of the stems because they end up getting nice and fat.really nice looking plants though, congrats
