Hey all first poster here. Been lurking for a while and thought I'd upload some pics of my first grow. My buddy gave me some seeds and thought I'd try it for a laugh and to see how far I got.
Turns out this beautiful plant is called "weed" for a reason LOL. I really didn't take much care with what I was doing. Out of about 20 seeds only 6 sprouted (I used a damp paper towel) which I planted.
They came out in a couple of days and I went from there. Not only was it my first time growing mj but it was my first time growing anything, so I made a few rookie mistakes for which you have to forgive me.
Out of the 6 seedlings 1 fell over and died within days, and one more after about a month.
Anyway I have 4 plants now which are all varied in many ways (size, shape etc). Since they have come this far I find myself wanting to take a LOT more care with what I'm doing and eventually get a decent toke at the end of it all.
The two healthiest or biggest plants look completely different (see most recent pics). I'm not sure what strain the seeds were or if they were all the same. The smallest plant hadn't seemed to grow at all in a month so I thought Id take it out
of the pot it was in and plant it in a small garden bed I have surrounding my back yard. (this is all an experiment for me) It seems to be doing ok there for now.
I've been using some old miracle grow fertilizer that everyone online seems to say doesn't work (I just followed the instructions on the packet) Also some chicken manure.
