First plant to ever be harvested, think shes ready?

Hey guys this is going to be my first ever harvested marijuana plant. She has about 50% brown hairs, with the lower ones still mostly white. The trichomes are mostly all cloudy, with a few amber here and there, and a few clear here and there. I want the cereberal head high. I am also going to give her 24 hours of darkness before harvesting. Here are some pictures of her. The only concerns I have are, I notice on most peoples plants when they are harvesting that the leaves curl up to die, but mine are not doing that yet. Also, with a few clear trichomes, will it not be as potent as it should be? Lastly If I dont do it soon enough, will a lot of them turn amber and give me that couch lock high?

Dont harvest yet!

ALL of the hairs must be red and recoiled back into the plant. Get a magnifying glass to check your trichomes, read the thread posted up there too^^

4 tbs?3ts? Thats heavy! Hungry girl. Definetly wait it out. It tough, but WELL worth it.

Got one, mostly all cloudy, couple clear, couple amber. Want that cerebral head high, but I know this plant is mainly indica by how it grew, it's dark green color, fat leaves, and this is it at day 51 from seed. It was grown at 12/12 from seed.

Just by looking at those pictures, what would you say is a rough estimate until shes ready to be thrown in darkness. I am so impatient it hurts. I have been out of bud and haven't smoked in months and these are my only source to get bud. The patience is worse than christmas has ever been in my entire life. Please just any rough estimate will do as I am a noob and this was my first grow, and plant closest to harvest. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.......................................(me excited to cut this beauty down.)

If ur that impatient clip a bottom bud. Take the whole stem with it. Darkness? No need for all that. Post a thread in 'harvesting section' there is no proff of anything. I sometimes trim my buds, then throw right back to veg. Harvest 1 plant 2x.

To do that, u need to keep as many leaves and foliage on it as possible. Regenerating, check into it..

Im def. not gonna try that. I got some blueberry yum yum seeds for next time. :) These are all bag seed. I learned a shit ton from this though. :D

Even if you cut it today, it wont be ready for at least a month unless you want to smoke uncured bud. Doing that completely throws away all the effort and money you took to grow it in the first place.

I would give it another 2 weeks before you start flushing. If you think you are going to be getting stoned the night u cut then you need to read up a lil more =]

I know, but I am going to do some testing of course.

No I know, 5-7 days for drying, and im gonna start smoking after probably 2 weeks of curing.

2 weeks before I start flushing? so you're saying another month total? I dont know, most the hairs are turning brown and the trichomes are all cloudy and some amber. Im thinking it will be ready to chop within 1 weeks time.

if your going to be chopping in a week you should leach them for five days then stright ph'd water for 2-3 then pick. That will get the chemicals out.
