First Pc Grow!

hi guys/girls. well im new to this forum but not to weed and i know a thing or two about growing.

so after searching round the net looking at my growing ptions i decided it would be pretty cool to go with the pc case!

heres my plan:

Strain:
im going with some sort of lowrider. ill be growing 2 plants in there!

Lights:
1 blue and red 125w envirolites with bulb holder and plug

Intake and Exhaust:
2x 120mm fans powered by a 12 volt ac adapter one for exhaust and intake

Odor:
here is my only problem
a carbon filter is just too big and i need something small but cant find anything!

Other:
cover walls in white paper.
put mirrors on the floor of the case


thats all so far! suggestions welcome!!!
should be starting the grow this weekend, allready got the pc stripped!

any suggestions on a filter to stop the smell?

I dont think you have a setup man, you have a couple of ideas but if you want to garner some attention and input you acually have to get the ride started. Post up some pics of your project. Odor wont be that much of a factor.

i know they are ideas and what i want is people to say if they are god or what would be better etc

Tbh i like the idea as a grow room , i havnt my self grow anything yet alone weed , but i like the idea , rather than spend 500£+ a mnth ,, would be nice if there were dwarf skunk plants or is there ,, dont knw,, dont thinks so,,

i was thinking if u realy wanted a grow room of sorts ,, if u got a Cupboard of sorts ,,



cleard out nice and neatly,, woul be nice i think,, as i said havent grown shit just giving ideas and,, as i need to think of sumthing to use aswell ....

I would like a grow and flowering room ,, so need 2 spots,, and have 1 or 2 mother plants and use's clones to bud,,or sumthing long those lines,,

I actually have a couple commercial copy machines I wanted to do this too, each could hold 4 3 foot plants if I hollowed them out right.

Is this a full tower or server tower? Cause your not going to get much out of it, maybe 10 grams, 15 per plant max? Server tower would be best, more vertical room.

As far as odor goes, just have a little box outside to computer that has the carbon filter in it and a small hose that connects it. For the intake, just go passive, theres no real point to an intake as its just going to force some of the smell out if the other fan cant pump the outgoing air through the carbon filter fast enough.

are the lights i chose ok?

For such a small area, yeah, but kind of overkill lol, cause your looking at like 0.8 sq foot of room. For something like that you could get away with 1-2 23/26 watt CFLs for veg lol. Not sure how your going to keep the lights from burning the plants though in such a small area.

or could you recommend better ones?

For something that small I have no idea. CFLs are small enough, just have to put something around them to keep plants from actually touching the bulb. But CFLs are really ideal for flowering., but 2 CFLs in something like that would be hella bright.

3 20w cfls if you went 12/12 from seed.
keep your size down and gives you longer to flower.

not if you had the extract fan on the side of the box, and have the filter in a box outside the pc case.

and also, you can buy a cotton filter for around £10, couple that with some activated carbon from a pet shop for a five. that's your homemade, small and fully functional carbon filter. and for a fraction of the price
