So i went on to purchase white rhino, short rider, bubblicious,ak48, and super skunk from nirvana.

and went on to get low ryder mix pack from dopeseeds .


Im a first time closet grower. my closet is about 3 feet high and 3 feet square in area.


Im using a 1/3 of each in my soil mix :

Vermi
Perlite
Coco peat.

for fertz, as im living in india , im gonna do with something that cud match jacks classic ( 20-20-20) and super phosphate or bone meal for flowering later.

If someone has any ideas or advice . please throw it in here.


Btw im starting with 8 x 23 w cfl with 2 flouroscenet tubes 2 feet long. Pics of the grow closet coming tonight .


I soaked and pot a few seeds of native weed from himalaya in coffee cups . and put them udner cfl over night . Lets see if they grow out. Just doing as a practice run before i start my batch of imported seeds . Haha.


What do u think i shud start with so that i can get an easy hang of it .


btw im hoping the cfls warm the closet as the nights are getting as low as 15 degrees celcius.

i would invest in some good lighting.and a heater if its that cold.

heater i can get , lighting i think is final with wat im going for . Also, Hps in a closet will be too much , as the bills will run high , will make more heat.

Thats good amount of lighting for your space. More the better, but for now ur good.

What strains shud i start with ? and how many plants do u think i can grow in the 2 feet by 1 feet foot area ? Im plannin to go with 2 or 3 gallon pots as someone here on the forum said 12 inches for a galon. now i have 36 inches of height , so there , 3 gallons suit me well.

Plus i think , I can keep the autoflowersi n the sun and make room for a perpertual Sog .

Im going to lookin on it . But if someof u have done anything with these strains with my kind of lighting , please shed some light .

lighting is a huge part of growing. cfl will work but you just dont get the penetration of lumens as you would with an hps or ml lights.but they will work. as for the heat ,this is were ventilation comes in. which is need in flower. It will WILL get a strong odor. some thing to look in to and how it can be done for you in your grow. and i wouldnt do more than 1 or 2 plants as a trial run till you get the feel for it. theres no cense of taking a chance of messing up all your valuable beans as this is the 11 rst grow. It can get costly in buying more beans. after a big screw up in watering or nutes, heat or cold . many things can go wrong and kill you plants, take it from me i know. But hey trail and error is how we learn right. so keep that in mind as you pic witch ones and how many to grow. good luck .

I kinda realised the fuck ups , hence this post.

I put a seed of bublicious in water for hours, then on to a paper tissue into a box.

Keeping it around 20 - 27 degrees c.

a day has past. hoping to see it come to life.

idont see no reason to keep it cold. as plants and seed dont grow in cold very well. i just put mine in a bowl in a paper towel keep water in it and put it in the cabnet and 3 days later they pop open.

hey that temprature is in degrees celcius . For u yankee growers , its about 75 f - 80 f

So , ye its been 10 days for my 2 plants ( WR and Bubblicious from nirvana) @ Ak48 seeds were germed potted but they fail to grow, As u can see one in the pic. One refused to emerge. That was nulled . Anther one that has germed , shows white leaves . Colorless. Any ideas wat that cud mean ? im using 1/3 of each coco perlite n vermiculite


Also i germed 2 auto ak47s which seem to do fine. U can see the pics.
