First outdoor plants - southern california

What’s up guys? I am new to growing but I have worked in the industry for years as a bud tender, I planted early June which I feel was to early as we had some rain and cloudy marine layers so I think my plants started to bud early. I just want to run my set up by you guys and also to see if you have any tips on what I should do differently or keep doing.

Soil: fox farms ocean floor
Water : RO water every other day
Nutrients: supernatural gro terra
PH Up and down: growphonics meter

Basically I started giving nutrients at about 3 weeks I believe my plants are starting flower due to the weather since we have had rain and June gloom all month. Should I just repot come July? I’m open to opinions and will post photos soon.

Don’t think it’s flowering just yet...

Pots look a bit small. What size are they?
If repot, do it now so plant can stretch her legs and recover.

I don’t get why u think ur plant has flowered early if all you had is shitty weather...

I only think it’s flowering because with the rain we previously had I was afraid it wasn’t getting enough sun. Here in the new picture you can see hairs developing I got the plant may 20th or so

U can do a little lst so the lower buds get sun as well
