First outdoor grow, first problem

Hey all,

Been growing for a bout a year and a half since VA legalized but this spring i decided to start my first outdoor grow. Moved a plant i had in my tent to a 15 gallon pot and moved it out. The plant responded great and exploded in growth but today i noticed all white stuff this on the plant. It rained like hell last week but been pretty dry since.

Any suggestions here?

Ive never had mildew on my inside plants so not too familiar with it.

Its also a bit off my house, below my gutters so maybe the neighborhood birds decided it was a good target?

Hi, I'm newer to growing myself. Did you feel your leaves to see if it's something that can be scraped off? Has a smell? It could be a natural occurrence from recent rains. Like water spots on glass dishes. Just a thought though.

Pollen is my guess too, pictures aren't clear enough to tell.

Looks like pollen to me as well.
