first organic grow, no fertilizers

Hello I am going to start my first organic grow, and i want to do it without adding any ferts after i have put my babies in soil.
I am going to grow some autos, so i would like to know if 20 litter pots are enought.
I have been reading a lot about soil mixes, but can someone give some easy recipies so i dont have to fertilize my girls.

Pots should be fine, get a good organic potting soil, add a little bit of blood meal and a little bone meal, add a little more bone meal than blood meal since they wont veg very long, and u should be good to go.

With the right soil mix you can do water only. The soil might not feed the plant all the way to finish depending.. I can make it to day 47 of flower with (not auto's) just water before they fade and need some food.

What soil are you using????

Heres what Im using for my soil for 1 cu ft. Hoping it will get me through a complete cycle with just water, but am only a few weeks in to my grow.

Got this recipe from another forum, wasn't sure if its ok to link directly to it.

2.5g Sphagnum Peat Moss
2.5g Perlite
2.5g Compost/Worm Castings

4c Rock Dust
1c Lime/Oyster Shell

1.5c Kelp Meal
.75c Alfalfa Meal
.75c Organic Fertilizer (all purpose)

Don't forget to check your fresh water pH mine comes out of the tap at 8.2 and I use pH down to get to 6.5 to prevent nutrient lockout

You dont need to worry about PH with an organic soil, the soil will buffer it for you.

You're just adding ph up and down solution unnecessarily to your soil.

Don't listen to that guy he is right the soil can buffer your Ph but if u use water with to much acidity, i doubt it will drain out around 6 where u want it.
Especially if your water comes 8.2
My point is before u just listen to him and stop Ph adjusting, measure you're run off with your water out of the tap and if it comes out around 6 you're good, but if not keep doing what you're doing

You realize that 8.2 is not acidic, right? Acidic is lower on the scale.

Most tap water in the US is alkaline or above 7.0. I doubt many people have tap water with a ph below 6.5 which would be considered acidic.

Acidic water will corrode the pipes so they treat it to be alkaline which is why you see most tap water between 7.5-8.5.
