First Organic Grow: Need help

Good Day fellow stoners,

I'm new to this site and fairly new to growing marijuana. I've done it successfully one time, however, the yield was very poor. Since my first grow I have learned a few things (Miracle Grow fertilizer and 4 ft flourescent tube lighting both suck) and have decided to improve on my methods a bit. I have a few questions and I am open to all suggestions, but I think I have a pretty good setup this time. So here's a description of what I have going...

I will be growing in a wooden box I built that is approximately 3ft(height) X 2 1/2ft(width) X 2ft(length). For my situation I've decided its best to go ahead and try the SCROG technique so I plan to install a screen 10 inches above the soil. The strain I will be growing is White Widow and I will be growing 2 plants in the box. For lighting I have 4 - 42Watt CFL with a total of 10,800 lumens. I'm not sure if this is enough, but I was considering getting a few more CFLs.

Now for air circulation I have a carbon filter and a small 4 inch fan installed. Since my last grow I've read extensively on the subject and have decided that organic growing is really the way to go. To do this I've researched the nutrients that marijuana needs to thrive as well as the many organic sources in which to get them from and have come up with my own soil mix that I think is pretty good, but I have no clue as to what proportions I should mix all the ingredients. Any advice??

Soil Mix:

Peat Moss (micronutrients)
Worm Castings (micro)
Kelp Meal (Pptassium & micro)
Bone Meal (Phosphorous & small amount of Nitrogen)
Blood Meal (Nitrogen)
Hydrated Lime (Calcium/ph)
Epsom Salts (Magnesium & Sulphur)
Perlite
Vermiculite

So that is what my plans are for my grow. The main question I need answered is about my soil mix and its proportions but I am open to discuss any aspect of my setup. Any advice, suggestions, or compliments/comments are welcome.

1 problem i see 3ft height? your lights already take up 5inch from the top, then if you was to flower from clone which should be like 2inch tall, they'll grow another 1-2ft during flowering and this is indica dominant. and who knows what size pot your using thats like another 5inch. To me that's enough space to grow but you'll have a really cramp plant.

well if you would read more carefully, you would know that I am using the SCROG method and height is not a factor...

yeh that may be true, and I've never used the SCROG technique myself so I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty positive you won't get 4 ft plants when the screen is set 10 inches above the soil. Not only that, but isnt the whole idea behind scrog for when you are limited on space??

I would also add Some seed meal of some kind to your soil mix. You could get some cotton or rape seed meal from a nursery or you could get some used coffee grounds. Coffee grounds work pretty well and you can usually get them from most coffee places for free.
I don't know if Starbucks will let you have theirs though. but if your trying to go organic you might want to avoid them anyway

I get mine from a local place in town. they have barrels out back full of grounds.
