Sorry you got burnt @jonnynobody It's no secret how they operate. The ol spray n pray. Send out all their old seeds, and pray they sprout. Sure theyll replace them, but then youre weeks behind schedule.
There are hundreds of posts of people with the same experience. I'll admit I almost ordered from them, they have a great looking website. Buddy told me to stay away, so I searched them on here. They aren't any cheaper than seedbanks with stellar reputations. I see people defend them all the time, don't think I've ever seen anyone defending JBC, there's just no need.

They are a great company! With the sheer volume of seeds they ship everywhere, there's bound to be some mix up eventually.

They were the nicest people.

My problem was I bought a 7-8' CBD leaning sativa for my 6' room. It was all my mistake and I told them that. I didn't read the description! Duhhhh... it was my mistake. I must have read about 30 strains so I could get the right one. After all that effort, I failed miserably. I could have kicked myself.

They kept sending me a request to review those seeds. I still have most of them. unpopped. I know, you can train, top, bend and all that but I felt sooooo stupid. $120. I'll do something eventually. They must have sent me 6 or 7 emails to review the seeds. Each time it reminded me how dumb I was when I ordered them. Lol. I wanted their ads and specials, but not that reminder of my mistake.

So I called them and explained it. They were real nice. By that time I had already given some of the seeds to a local vetern's group for their patients.

Hell, customer service offered me an exchange or refund. But then, they retracted the offer. That surprised me. That was what I didn't like. Granted, I certainly didn't deserve a refund and told them that.
I understand, most people are trying to get free stuff. Lol. But I wasn't. It turned into something weird.
But, as you can see from their email, they regretted it and apologized.

Even after the misunderstanding, which was my fault, I still think they are a good company. Their reputation is very important to them.

As a matter of fact, I think that's the first negative experience I've heard of with ILGM.

I've never heard that!

I live in Illinois, US. A year ago you had to mail order seeds. Now every grow store around carries them.

Someone called me bro science last week and I didn't know he DIDN'T consider it an insult. In my circles it is. I haven't seen him. I meant to apologize for my response.

Misunderstandings happen all the time. In person it's no big deal. On the net it gets weird. Lol.

I was being nice letting you know what I think. Considering I have successful sprouts and plants from every single breeder choose. Ilgm included. And finish all my runs. From start to finish. Every seed equaling in more than one plant. And finished as well.

Feel like your dirt is too low, may consider a clone container set up with a plug and some till they sprout. The way u have it so shallow in the cup may be an issue. Also do u have holes in the cup?

I bought 5 seeds from them. LA Confidential. All five seeds cracked but only one went further than that. I complained and they sent me 5 more replacement seeds. I germed one from the second batch, it cracked and grew. (See photo below. #1 is from first batch. #2 from second batch.)

I have two good plants going from those seeds.

So I just bought 10 + 10 from them of some Tropicana Cookies. Just germed two seeds. They cracked but seems to have stalled out. Maybe it's just me. So now I'm germing 4 more to see if those are successful. I'm not sure if I'm messing up or it's the femmed seeds or what. I'm not a beginner.

(2 more weeks to go on these.)

Stop pre-germing them. Plant them direct to media, keep at 80 deg, mild light 24/7, moist not wet, and you'll get a near 100% germ rate. Here is a good germ guide with no bro-science BS https://www.mandalaseeds.com/Guides/Germination-Guide

So I'm a jack wagon and planted 2 seeds in the same goddam cup. They're 2 different strains. I'm not even gonna try separating them. I'll bend each down in opposite directions and clone 'em both. What can ya do? No bong rips before planting seeds.

I used to order from them. The last time it was buy 10 get 10. I got Gorilla Glue Autos. 30 seeds. 2 batches of 6 all went hermie on me. Ton of tiny seeds, but at lease the smoke was good. Switched to Nuke Heads for beans and nutes. First two batches have been amazing to me. Grew Mazar Auto, Cherry, and now Chem Dog. See for yourself:

Cool! Looks like Nukeheads are out of Colorado. What do they charge for shipping? I can't find info on that.
